This was our first contract for Swan Hill Homes and was won in competition. Port Marine is a large waterside development of town houses and apartments on the outskirts of Bristol. The site was previously occupied by Portishead power station.

We employed a piled and raft design for the construction the foundations and underground parking. Photographs show partial construction of the retaining wall structures for the underground parking and Pecafil forms for the construction of the ground beams.
