This project involved the redevelopment of a former TA site with three and four storey apartments incorporating basements and ground floor parking.

Principle works involved the diversion of a major culvert and the installation of flight augered piles. As the site was so close to existing structures and the River Avon, space was extremely restricted. This had a considerable impact on the construction methods used, and the final design was evolved as work progressed.
